Made in Britain this beautiful fine bone china mug is decorated with Sweet Winter Jasmine it has bright yellow flowers with Blue Tits flit amongst the long structural branches. It brings a welcome touch of gold and blue to a cold winter's day. A flash of deep yellow is painted onto the handle completing the design perfectly.

Washing your china
Despite it’s delicate appearance Fine Bone China is very strong and with good care should last a long time. Our china is dishwasher proof but we recommend washing it on a short gentle cycle (65oC/140oF) preferably using a gentle detergent.
Removing stains
A favourite mug or bowl can occasionally get the odd stain. particularly if you like drinking black tea and coffee. We find that by using a gentle natural stain remover, such as vinegar, bicarb of soda or tablespoon of lemon juice you can fairly quickly remove the stain. Mix a tablespoon of bicarb soda with water and fill the cup to cover the stain and leave to soak for a few hours. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. The same method using vinegar and warm water in equal measures can be just as effective.
Storing your china
Avoid over stacking as this can weaken the rims. By placing a piece of cloth between each piece of china will help avoid marking and scratching the one underneath.
Using your china
Be careful of extreme temperatures,eg. don’t place a plate from the fridge into a hot oven or put your china in the freezer. You can warm your china in a oven up to 65oC/140oF.

Order cancellations and amendments
Bespoke orders are considered as final when the order is placed, and cannot be cancelled.
Amendments to orders can only be made within 24 hours of the original order being placed; thereafter it will count as a new order as preparation for dispatch will have completed.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of the original order being placed, before it is dispatched. Cancellations after this time will incur carriage costs.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange to the value of a purchased item, providing the item is returned unused in its original packaging and with a valid receipt or delivery note.
Returns and Refunds
We at Jane Abbott hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you change your mind about your order you may return it, with the original packaging within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the carriage costs incurred.
If you have purchased your item at a show and change your mind, you may also return this as long as you have the receipt or delivery note and it is unused with the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the carriage costs incurred.
If you receive one of our items as a gift, we would be happy to offer an exchange to the value of the item; any carriage costs would be charged additionally. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card: if this is required, the original purchaser would need to contact us.
On the rare occasion you may receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us as soon as you can, within 3 days of receipt. We will do our best to ensure we deal with the situation as quickly as possible: it may be necessary to ask you to send us a photograph of the item so that we can decide what the best course of action will be. You would be entitled to an exchange or refund on the item should you wish, and if necessary we would reimburse any postage costs incurred if you send the item back to us.
In any case of returns we will deal with your request as quickly as possible and certainly within 10 days. We will confirm receipt of your parcel by email, but please remember that it can take several days for a refund to show on your account.
